TriStar Ltd. is a rebuilder of Rotary Vacuum Drum Filters, Belt Filters, Vacuum Belt Filters, and Filter Presses. We rebuild, refurbish, and repair all brands to like-new or upgrade them to better-than-new condition. Our rebuilt filters typically cost 60% - 70% of new and our delivery times are usually 6-12 weeks. Every remanufactured filter comes with a one year warranty.
Our own line of Rotary Drum Vacuum Filters offer full automation or manual operation Lab testing and pilot program ensure success.

TriStar LTD was formed in 1985 to serve the chemical, O.E.M., municipal, power generation, and general manufacturing industries. Since then we have grown into the leading company for Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter and Belt Filter remanufacturing and rebuilding.
Supply a constant or variable flow of hot water to your plant processes using your existing steam supply. Steam heats the water through a shell and tube, brazed plate, or plate and frame heat exchanger. Precise temperature control is achieved with a steam control valve and self operating control loops, 3-15 psi, or 4-20 mA controls.
Hot Water Applications Include: HTST Pasteurization, Cooking Vessels, Mixing Tanks, CIP, HVAC, and Hose Stations
Condensate can be recovered using steam-powered or electric recovery systems. Each hot water set is engineered to meet the requirements of the application. Systems can be free-standing, wall mounted, or ceiling mounted.

We build many types of liquid heating equipment such as Hot Water Sets and Boiler Systems.
Other Process Equipment includes Pump Bases, Pumping Systems, Mixer Skids, Precoat Skids, and Water Treatment Systems.
Pipe, Valves, Fittings
We started as a pipe, valve, fitting and instrument distributor. Today, our Distribution Division carries full PVF lines from manufacturers such as Century, Cla-Val, Contromatics, Hayward, Goulds, Sharpe, Smith-Cooper, Spears, and Watts.
TriStar specializes in sanitary valves and fittings for the Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, and Specialty Chemical industries.
