Fabrication & Equipment Refurbishing

Tristar Ltd. is a leader in the fabrication, refurbishing, and reconditioning of used equipment, i.e. rotary vacuum drum filters, belt filter presses, vacuum skid systems and control panels. From rotary vacuum filter table top pilot systems, to filters measuring over 12'-0" in diameter. Systems are complete to your specifications with additional equipment such as pumps, tanks, mixers, level controls and process piping and valves. The primary advantage to using remanuafactured equipment vs. new is the 40-50% cost saving and on average 6-8 week delivery compared to 26 week delivery for made to order new equipment. Allowing quicker on line service and return of investment .

We locate and evaluate previously used equipment, transport it to our Buffalo, NY facility and completely overhaul it to working condition, replacing any parts from the original equipment manufacturer as posiible. All the workmanship is warranted by TriStar ltd., and any new parts, drives, motors, etc. are covered by the manufacturers warranty.

All units are tested and run in our shop prior to shipping. Additional job site start-up services, and operator training are availble.
