Skid #1 consists of:

• 3'x1' Ametek Rotary vacuum drum filter
• 316 Stainless steel drum and vat
• Polypropylene grids
• Knife advance system, infinite turndown
• 316 stainless steel vacuum receiver

Skid #2 consists of:

• 100 Gal. precoat tank polypropylene
  
• Filtrate pump self priming 316 stainless steel, 3 HP
  
• SIHI vacuum pump, 5 HP
• Precoat pump, polypropylene diaphragm pump
• Precoat tank mixer
  
• Electrical control panel 230V NEMA 4
  
• Piping, valves and interconnecting hoses supplied
  
• Prewired to control panel
• Bases are sandblasted and painted (pictures shown prior to painting)
• TriStar Ltd. will provide operating and training in our Buffalo NY facility. (Additional field startup and training services available $800/day plus travel and lodging expense)
